Broadcloth, batiste or 100 % white cotton. Headband tapers in the back and crosses over and pinned. A dart on is on each side of the veil in front to make it cup for a better fitting. The veil falls in a semi D shape at the back. Small decorative stitching is on the darts, and edge of veil. Worn with hair pinned hair up or folded back and fastened with hair down.
